12 Week 'Cover Model' Challenge

Have you ever had a dream to get in such great shape you could be on the cover of a fitness magazine?

Our 'Cover Model Ready' 12 Week Challenge is for those who are ready to take their results to a whole new level, culminating with a professional photoshoot. This is not for beginners and would be better suited for those who already have a good level of fitness but really want to push their results and get in 'Cover Model' shape.


Think chiselled abs, well defined arms and shoulders and powerful quads and glutes to die for.
